Because each project is customized for you and your book the exact timeframe may vary slightly. That being said, we truly believe that time is of the essence and YOUR project is our top priority. As an estimate, our previous projects have been completed, from start to finish, in as little as 14 days.

All projects can be paid in full, at the start of the process, or broken up into 2 payments, with a 50% deposit collected to get started & the remaining balance due 2 weeks later.

Once you’ve received your proofread, edited, formatted & designed draft from us, simply respond to that email with any additional revisions you’d like to see made. Each project includes 2-revisions.

Once you’ve selected your package, processed your payment & your Onboarding Questionnaire has been received, you’ll have access to our team throughout the lifetime of your project via Voxer as well as email. While we do sleep on occasion, you’ll always hear back from someone within 8 hours.

Great question! Because in omnia paratus publishing is set up so that you, the author, retain full ownership of your book, you’ll be able to file for an official copyright if you so choose. This is not something that must be done.

in omnia paratus publishing will continue supporting your book for as long as you choose to keep it in print! If at any time you make the decision to revise/update/republish your book in the future, a new registered ISBN will need to be obtained & the publication setup process will need to be completed again. But, so long as no changes are made, your book will continue to be represented by in omnia paratus until you decide otherwise. There’s no additional investment associated with this long-term representation - only when/if your book is being revised/republished.

Royalty payments & sales reports are provided by our global distribution partner at the end of each month, and are paid out 90-days after a sale is made. Once received by in omnia paratus publishing, we provide you, the author, with a monthly sales report for your title, as well as payment of all royalties received, via PayPal.

At this time there is no specific genre of book that is off-limits, however, in omnia paratus publishing llc does reserve the right to decline publication of books on a case by case basis. This determination will be made prior to entering into a publication agreement between the author & the publisher.
